The Chairman of the city’s Historical Science Association, Mr Bui Van Tieng, highly praised the newspaper’s staff for their great efforts in releasing the additional publication on Saturdays, and for their plan to increase sales of the newspaper’s issues at local newstands.
Reporter Ho Duy Le stressed the need for the newspaper to publish more stories about normal residents and their daily lives, and introduce other useful information for its readers.
Also at the event, many freelance reporters suggested reducing the size of the newspaper’s daily printed publications, making them as small as the newspaper’s weekend print editions to be more convenient for readers to handle.
Editor-in-Chief Vinh extended his gratitude and appreciation to the freelancers for all their great efforts towards the newspaper’s development during last year. He remarked that the newspaper’s staff would welcome all comments by freelance reporters in order to introduce even more innovations in both form and content to the newspaper’s publications.
