On Tuesday, as part of their ongoing working visit to Viet Nam, a group from the Royal Cambodian Army’s Military Strategic Research Centre visited the Da Nang Border Guard force.

The Head of the municipal Border Guard, Col Le Van Phuc, briefed his guests on his unit’s active involvement in developing its forces, and fulfilling the city’s border protection tasks.

In reply, the Cambodian guests spoke highly of the fruitful results they have gained from their ongoing visit to Viet Nam.

They also hoped that the bilateral cooperation between the border guard forces of the two countries would be further promoted, which in turn will help ensure the sustainable development of their border protection activities, and build their shared border of peace.
