Attendance at the event were municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh, along with representatives from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Viet Nam, and Socio-economic Development Research Institutes in 12 nationwide localities.
At the event, the participants shared their valuable experience in administrative reform, enhancing the efficiency of public administration management and the capacity of provincial competitiveness, listening to residents’ opinions, and conducting surveys of citizens and businesses about their satisfaction with public services in their localities.
Da Nang’s participants shared their experience in building an effective constructive government by issuing preferential policies for local residents and businesses, developing open and transparent public administration services to serve the best interests of the citizens, and offering the most effective assistance to local businesses for furthering their development.
All the great efforts by the Da Nang authorities have helped the city to become one of the country’s leading localities for Viet Nam’s Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI), Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), and Information Technology Application Readiness Index.
