Over recent years, the Departments’s Party members, and government officials and employees, have effectively implemented democratic regulations and ensured criticism and self-criticism work.  Importance has been attached to accelerating administrative reforms and enhancing the efficiency of the fight against corruption and wastefulness.

Leaders of the Department have always listened to opinions from their employees in order to build a strong Party organisation.

The Department’s member units have ensured the transparency of their operating activities, which has helped to create a high level of consensus between its leaders and staff.

Vice Chairman Trung urged the Department’s leaders to further the implementation of democratic regulations.  Importance should be attached to widely publicising them amongst employees, and increasing checks and monitoring of their implementation in order to timely detect and handle any violations.

Also, heed will be paid to enhancing the spiritual and material lives of the Department’s employees in order to help them fulfil their assigned tasks.

As for the Centre for Information and Communication Technology Infrastructure Development, over recent years the Centre has focused on enhancing the publicity and transparency of its operating activities to ensure the legitimate rights and benefits of its employees.

Numerous meetings have been organised to encourage the Centre’s employees to express their aspirations and any obstacles arising in their jobs.  This has helped the Centre’s leaders to timely handle any matters of concern effectively.

Vice Chairman Trung stressed the need for the Centre to diversify its publicity activities in order to raise awareness of the regulations amongst its employees.  Importance should also be attached to rechecking, adjusting and supplementing democratic regulations in all related aspects.
