Da Nang’s People Committee Chairman Huynh Duc Tho recently signed a decision to conduct surveys of local citizens and organisations about their levels of satisfaction with the public services in 2016.

A survey team will be established by the city’s Research Institute for Socio-Economic Development.  The team will be responsible for working closely with local public service providers to conduct surveys.  On the basis of survey results, solutions will be given to the city’s authorities to enhance the quality of public services in the city

The survey team will also join efforts with the Da Nang Newspapers, the Da Nang Radio and Television, and other the city-based media agencies to publicise survey results.
