Secretary Anh wished the ethic minority people, and the district’s residents as a whole, a warm and happy Tet.  He remarked that the city leaders always show their concern for the poorer residents living in the western side of the city, especially the Co Tu and Hoa ethnic minority people.  He vowed that the city authorities would continue to help locals to secure better lives and make them feel proud of being citizens of Da Nang - the largest urban hub in the central region and highlands, and one of Viet Nam’s pioneering localities in boosting poverty reduction.  He also believed that the locals would do their utmost to overcome the difficulties in their lives and have a brighter future.
