The agreement was jointly signed by IACC Chairman Aviad Freidman and TalentPool President Do Thuy Duong in the presence of Israeli President Reuven Rivlin.

The signing is one of the activities during the Israeli president’s visit to Viet Nam from March 19-25 to further facilitate cooperation in economic, educational and technological relations between the two nations.

The newly signed document aims to support a project launched by TalentPool Vietnam to develop a network of community education support centres, as well as to promote the capacity, cohesion, pioneering and willpower of the Vietnamese people in sharing with the community and contributing to national development.

With its rich experience in training and community development over the last 50 years, along with the presence of 750 community centres across Israel, the IACC’s success in promoting effective connections between government, business and social organisations in Israel to guarantee the interests of every citizen is expected to help its Vietnamese partner convey such interests to Vietnamese residents.

IACC will transfer management, connection and training technologies to help TalentPool realise its goals of promoting community connections and sharing knowledge.

Founded in 2008, TalentPool Vietnam, a specialised organisation in the field of human resources management and development consulting, is tasked with helping realise development strategies and business objectives with specific capacity-building activities, through a series of training programmes.

Together with on-demand training, TalentPool also offers internationally recognised vocational training and internship programmes, as well as offering career advancement opportunities at multinational corporations.
