The Da Nang departments of Customs and Home Affairs, and the Thanh Khe District authorities, have jointly topped the 2017 city-level administrative reform rankings .

The 1-stop-shop service at the Department of Planning and Investment

The rankings have been announced by the municipal People’s Committee (PC).

In particular, the Customs Department secured top position amongst the 6 city-based central government agencies, followed by the Departments of Taxation, and Social Insurance.

Amongst the 21 agencies under the management of the PC, the Home Affairs Department took the lead, whilst the departments of Information and Communications, and Finance ranked 2^nd and 3^rd respectively.

In the district category, Thanh Khe District topped the list. In addition, Son Tra and Hai Chau districts shared 2^nd place, whilst both Ngu Hanh Son and Hoa Vang districts came 3^rd.
