City leader pays visit for Vietnamese Teachers' Day
In recognition of the upcoming 36th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers’ Day (20 November), a delegation of some representatives from the city authorities, led by Da Nang People's Committee Vice Chairman Dang Viet Dung, on Thursday, visited the municipal Integrated Education Development Centre.

Vice Chairman Dung applauded the Centre’s staff for their great efforts in wholeheartedly taking care of and educating disabled children here.
Mr Dung took the opportunity to urge the staff members to continue upholding their high sense of responsibility and their ceaseless devotion to the disadvantaged children to help them become useful citizens and valuable contributors to the city’s progress.
The Centre currently employs a total of 57 employees, of whom 35 are teachers. A total of 220 children with disabilities are being cared for and educated at the Centre, 60 of whom are boarder.
