Mr Phong also pledged that the most possible favourable conditions would be created to ensure the effective performance of the global network of young Vietnamese intellectuals in the coming time, and facilitate them to access the country’s future development orientations as well.
The annual forum aims at offering the best chance for young intellectuals to discuss visions, missions, and roles for national construction and development, and Viet Nam’s international integration, and an opportunity to suggest mechanisms for the national government to attain its development goals.
