The Sun Group is carrying out large-scale projects, namely the complex of services for the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival in Ngu Hanh Son District’s My An Ward, the expansion of the Ba Na Hills Golf Club and 4 other projects along Hoang Van Thai and Nam Hai Van bypass.

In his remarks, Secretary Nghia said, the above-mentioned projects developed by the Sun Group have been kept on track. However, the developer is still facing some issues relating to site clearance, and the handling of some relevant administrative procedures.

The Party chief, therefore, suggested that functional bodies need to take more active steps in order to shorten the time in the handling of administrative procedures, hereby facilitating investors to implement their projects on schedule.

In particular, concerned agencies should coordinate with investors to set up charts which monitor the progress of proposed construction works.

These charts must be sent to the municipal Party Committee for checks and supervisions of projects’ progress, thereby enabling the city leaders to promptly identify and deal with what obstacles facing the project developers during the construction process.

Meanwhile, Keyhinge Toys Viet Nam Joint Stock Company, which operates as a subsidiary of Matrix Holdings Limited, has been approved by the municipal administration to conduct research into the construction of a horse race track centre in Hoa Vang District at a total cost of 200 million US$.

The city leader affirmed that, once it is put into operation, this new, feasible project put into use, the project will promote the growth of the services and tourism industry.

He also directed concerned agencies to coordinate with investors to expedite the handling of relevant administrative procedures to start work on this large-scale project in the coming time.
