The city's leaders attend funeral for former President Le Duc Anh

On Friday morning, a delegation from Da Nang, led by municipal Party Committee (PaC) Secretary cum Head of the municipal National Assembly Members’ Group Truong Quang Nghia, offered incense and laid a wreath at the headquarters of the Thua Thien - Hue Province People's Committee at 16 Le Loi in Hue City to pay tribute to the late President, General Le Duc Anh.

The wreath carried the words ‘Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang respectfully commemorate to the late President, General Le Duc Anh ’.

The delegation included municipal Party Committee Deputy Secretary Vo Cong Tri, People’s Committee Chairman Huynh Duc Tho, People’s Council Chairman Nguyen Nho Trung, along with representatives from the city’s Fatherland Front Committee, and members of the PaC's Standing Board.

On behalf of the city's delegation, Secretary Nghia wrote that the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang deeply mourned the passing of General Le Duc Anh, former Politburo member cum former President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
