KUUHO - new app to get feedback from public service users

From 10 October onwards, Da Nang’s residents can send their comments and complaints relating to urban, environmental, administrative and tourism-related services to the municipal authorities through the KUUHO application.

KUUHO application users can send their comments and complaints through 3 items of ‘Raise An Emergency’, ‘Call For Help’, and ‘Violation Report’

The newly-launched application has been associated with the ‘Gop Y Da Nang’ (Giving Complaints to Da Nang) app, thereby contributing to creating even more utilities on smartphones for users.

Accordingly, comments and complaints given by local residents on the KUUHO app will be automatically transferred to the website https://gopy.danang.gov.vn/. Relevant departments and agencies will then be required to reply to complainants and deal with their reported issues. All the answers will be available at both https://gopy.danang.gov.vn/ and the KUUHO app.

Developed by Control and Automation Solutions Co., Ltd. (CAS), KUUHO app is built on iOS and Android. Users can download the user guide for this application at https://tiny.cc/hdsdkuuho.

In recent years, Da Nang authorities have increasingly interacted with the citizens through getting feedback from public service users, including opening the website https://gopy.danang.gov.vn/, and facilitating public access to switchboard 1022, Zalo, Facebook, and text messages.

Every month, these channels receive around 1,000 opinions and complaints from local residents and tourists.
