Vice Chairman Minh said, during the forthcoming ‘Talk of Spring’ programme 2020, some meetings connecting labour supply and demand between Japanese businesses and the city-based vocational training schools would take place in the city.
He added Da Nang was now on right track of becoming an environmentally friendly city. He, therefore, hoped that the city would see a growing number of Japanese investors to pour their money into Da Nang, especially the Hi-Tech Park, in the years ahead.
In reply, Mr Yakebe Yoshinori said Da Nang has emerged as a magnet for Japanese investors. Therefore, he hoped that more preferential policies for investors from his country, and around the world as a whole, would be issued in order to facilitate foreign businesses to operate effectively in the city.
He also took the opportunity to ask for help from the municipal government to seek suitable location to ensure the smooth operation of the Japanese Consulate General in Da Nang soon.
