Following a recent decision by Da Nang People's Committee (PC) Chairman Huynh Duc Tho, the Office of the municipal National Assembly - the People's Council - People's Committee has been responsible for managing the task management software at http://dieuhanhvp.danang.gov.vn since the start of this year.

Currently, the office is monitoring and tracking tasks which are carried out by government departments, agencies, and organisations across the city.

Also, the office takes the responsibility for assessing the efficiency of the implementation of all PC-assigned tasks of these departments and agencies, as well as sending a summary report to the municipal Department of Internal Affairs for the evaluation and ranking of the year-end emulation movement.

Chairman of the Thanh Khe District People’s Committee Nguyen Van Tinh voiced his support for the application of the task management software into managing and tracking PC-assigned tasks.

He also underlined the importance of the software in effectively tracking the task implementation progress.

“Thanks to the use of this software, Thanh Khe District topped the district-level ranking as fulfilling a total of 199 socio-economic development tasks assigned by the municipal PC in 2019, reaching 95.22% of the year's target” Chairman Tinh happily said.

Chief of the municipal Department of Planning and Investment Secretariat Tran Van Hoang highlighted the significance of the task management software in reducing the department's expenses on the frequent meetings, gaining visibility into the performance of the unit, and increasing the efficiency of task management.
