Over 1.5 billion VND in donations to support the city's efforts to combat coronavirus
On Monday afternoon, the Da Nang Fatherland Front Committee received 1.536 billion VND in donations from 8 city-based companies to support frontline healthcare workers in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

In details, the Da Nang Water Supply JSC donated 500 million VND, the Da Nang Port JSC 300 million VND, the Da Nang Power Co., Ltd. 200 million VND, the Silver Shores Investment and Development Co., Ltd. 150 million VND, the Da Nang Port Logistics JSC 130 million VND, the Electricity Viet Nam's Central Power Corporation 106 million VND, the Crown Danang Beverage Packaging Co., Ltd. 100 million VND, and the city branch of the Ho Chi Minh City-headquartered East Sea Technology Engineering Electrical Automation Company (ESTEC) 50 million VND.
Chairwoman of the municipal Fatherland Front Committee Dang Thi Kim Lien thanked the donors for their generosity and moral support to the city authorities amid the coronavirus outbreak. She also remarked that the donations will go to support efforts of frontline healthcare facilities.
