The donations consisted of 25,200 Golden Star inhalers, tin boxes of Golden Star aromatic balm, bottles of Golden Star medicated oil, and 15ml Nasal spray bottles. The donated medical supplies from Danapha JSC have been familiar to Russian nationals due to the presence of these medical products from the Vietnamese company in their country over the past 2 decades.
Addressing the handover ceremony in Da Nang, Russian Consul General Plam Andrey Yurievich thanked the Danapha Pharmaceutical JSC for its donation and support to Russian citizens amid coronavirus crisis. The Russian diplomat also highlighted donations of medical supplies from Da Nang and its support to strengthen bilateral ties between his country and Da Nang, and Viet Nam at large.
Mr Plam Andrey Yurievich also expressed his thankfulness to the Vietnamese government for providing active support for Russian citizens stranded in Viet Nam, and for treating foreign Covid-19 patients, including those from Russia, since the coronavirus outbreak began in Viet Nam.
