On Friday, in recognition of the 73^rd anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (27 July), Da Nang Party Committee Deputy Secretary Nguyen Van Quang visited and presented gifts to some social policy beneficiaries residing in Hai Chau District.

During his visit to heroic Vietnamese mother Nguyen Thi Nhung in the district’s Thuan Phuoc Ward, Deputy Secretary Quang expressed his gratitude and respect towards the heroic Vietnamese mother for her great devotion in the national revolution in the past. He wished her good health, hoping that she would continue to be a bright example for younger generations to follow.

When visiting war invalid Phan Tan Minh residing in Thach Thang Ward, the city Party deputy chief expressed his delight at seeing Mr Minh being in stable health condition. Mr Quang also asked his family and local authorities to continue taking good care on him so that he can overcome his physical illness and live longer with his children and grandchildren.
