One stop shops for public services in Da Nang reopens from 7 Sept
All one stop shops for public services across Da Nang have reopened to the public from 0am on 7 September following recent approval by the municipal administration in the wake of the pandemic being put under control in the city. Nevertheless, the city's new measures to stop the spread of the virus are adopted in these venues to protect safety for staff and visitors.

In detail, the district, ward and commune-level authorities are required to arrange alternately their employees to staff their one-stop shops. They are in charge of directly receiving administrative dossiers for handling, and solving any complaints and recommendations raised by local organisations and individuals.

Likewise, all municipal agencies, including the department of Social Insurance and Police, will assign their staff to work at the one-stop shop in the Da Nang Administrative Centre.
In particular, the municipal switchboard 1022’s staff members are required work at this one-stop shop so as to instruct businesspeople and citizens on how to have their administrative procedures handled by staff of functional local agencies.
On Monday morning, a number of citizens wearing face coverings were seen keeping a safe distance from others in line with the city's new pandemic prevention rules whilst waiting for their turns to have their administrative procedures handled by staff of functional local agencies at the one-stop shop in the Da Nang Administrative Centre.
