Over the past year, the Da Nang Youth Union and its chapters citywide have been active in offering a helping hand to the needy across the city.

In particular, the Youth Union chapters across the city have raised around 300 million VND from generous domestic donors to help poor residents to repair their downgraded houses.

In addition, the focus was on donating in-kind gifts to 50 young ethnic minority people, as well as giving 120 helmets and 5 scholarships, totaling 50 million VND, to ethnic minority children.

Cash gifts of over 100 million VND in total have given to 58 local families which have been financially hit by Covid-19 pandemic.
