During his visits to these foreign diplomatic agencies, Vice Chairman Minh said, in 2020, under the impacts of the COVID-19, some activities targeting bilateral cooperation between Viet Nam and the two Asian countries were delayed.

Therefore, in 2021, once the pandemic is brought under control, Da Nang will strive its best to organise activities and programmes for the sake of better bilateral economic and trade cooperation, cultural exchanges and friendly relationships for mutual benefits and development.

Representatives of the Chinese and South Korean consulates general in Da Nang highly hailed the great success of 13th National Congress of the Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) which opened up new opportunities for the country’s development in the coming time.

Besides, the Chinese and South Korean diplomats highly appreciated Da Nang, and Viet Nam at large, for having effectively conducted pandemic prevention and control measures over recent times.

In particular, they also thanked Da Nang government for its active support and facilitation in favour of promoting the cooperation between Da Nang and localities and partners in China and South Korea over recent years.
