National government, PM-approved decrees for Da Nang development announced today
Today, 29 March, marked the public announcement of decrees and decisions already approved by Viet Nam's national government and Prime Minister (PM) Nguyen Xuan Phuc for major future developments for Da Nang to celebrate the 46th anniversary of the city’s liberation (29 March).
These include the national government's Decree on implementing the National Assembly's Resolution No 119/2020 / QH14 dated 19 June 2020 on the pilot organisation of the urban government model in Da Nang, Decision No 359 / QD-TTg dated 15 March 2021 on the Prime Minister’s approval for adjustments to the master plan for Da Nang’s major developments by 2030, with a vision to 2045, PM Phuc’s granting of an investment policy decision to the development of shared infrastructure in the Lien Chieu port project, and his permission for Da Nang to make plans for the development of a Southeast Asia regional-level international financial centre (IFC).
Besides, information on some policies on land prices in Da Nang were publicly announced.
Also on the same day, the municipal People's Committee also organised a number of sideline activities such as a meeting with donors for the development of the IFC and a press conference to announce the adjusted master plan project.
As scheduled, tomorrow, 30 March will see the groundbreaking ceremony for the Lang Van resort and entertainment complex, and the opening of an 30-day exhibition on information on the master plan for the city’s major developments by 2030, with a vision to 2045 at the municipal Administrative Centres and the headquarters of the district authorities.
