Da Nang Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang, municipal People's Council Chairman Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, municipal People's Committee Chairman Le Trung Chinh have responded to Viet Nam Fatherland Front Central Committee’s appeal by making donations to COVID-19 Vaccine Fund.

Chief of Office of the municipal Party Committee Nguyen Van Hung said that donations by the Office’s staff demonstrates a sense of responsibility, and show their willingness to contribute to the nation’s effort against COVID-19 in an attempt to protect the safety of people across Viet Nam.

The top priority is given to raising funds to acquire enough COVID-19 vaccine doses for the city’s population, Mr Hung remarked.

The Da Nang Fatherland Front Committee is calling on individuals, organisations and businesses inside and outside of the city to make donations to COVID-19 Vaccine Fund in an effort to help themselves and others stay safe to get through the pandemic.
