The Da Nang Committee of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF) on Tuesday received VND 900 million from Hai Chau District, VND 300 million from the Trade Union organisation of the Da Nang Power Company, VND 200 million from Binh Vinh Joint Stock Company, VND 200 million from Vinaconex 25 Joint Stock Company, VND 100 million from VAS Viet My Steel Company, VND 70 million from A Vuong Hydropower Joint Stock Company, VND 50 million from the Da Nang Superior People's Court, and VND 50 million from the Da Nang University of Physical Education and Sports.

Chairman of the Da Nang Committee of VFF, Mr Ngo Xuan Thang appreciated the salience of love, affection businesses, organizations and individuals have shown to support Da Nang’efforts in the fight against COVID-19 in the city. He also remarked that funding sources would be used to buy COVID-19 vaccines for the city's population, purchase ventilators, other specialised medical equipment and medicines to treat patients with COVID-19, especially critically ill patients, as well as support designated quarantine areas, and those directly involved in epidemic prevention and control activities in the city.
