According to Secretary Quang, the opening of mobile sales points by the Da Nang police is very supportive and helpful to local residents in an attempt to offer food and essentials at an affordable price amid the city’s stay-at-home’ order. Not only does this approach meet people’s basic demands for food but it also shows the high level of responsibility of the People's Public Security officers and soldiers.
During the inspection of mobile sales points in Lien Chieu District, Secretary Quang asked the taskforces here to promote the mobility of this model by quickly updating the list of foods being in need to promptly distribute them to households on time.
The city’s top leader also highly lauded the heads of the authorities of residential groups who are actively involved in going shopping and delivering the ordered food items for families with great enthusiasm and high sense of responsibility, hereby contributing to ensuring on-time food supplies for the public.
In the coming time, the city will deploy COVID-19 vaccination rollouts for those who work for the authorities of residential groups so that they can feel more secure while supporting locals to get through the tough battle against the deadly disease.
During his visits to the price-stabilisation point of sale in Hoa Khanh Nam Ward and the recently-reopened Hoa My wet market in Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, the city’s Party chief called on stall-holders as well as taskforces to comply with the compulsory COVID-19 prevention measures.
For the time being, there are 30 mobile sales points citywide operated by the Da Nang police in an attempt to offer food and essentials at an affordable price to locals amid the practice of the city’s stay-at-home mandate.
Besides, Funi Bamboo Service Joint Stock Company and a number of businesses have given support to the local police force by providing refrigerated storage containers and sourcing high-quality food chains for locals.
