Da Nang Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang, on Tuesday morning, paid an inspection visit to COVID-19 prevention and control of missions in Cam Le District. He affirmed a must-do to ensure the full provision of protective equipment for pandemic prevention forces and timely support for those living in financially difficult circumstances.

During his visit to COVID-19 sample collection points in residential groups along Le Kim Lang and Nguyen Nhan streets; Huong Sen Kindergarten, and at an apartment complex No. 66 in Hoa Tho Dong Ward, Cam Le District, Secretary Quang highly appreciated the large-scale sampling for COVID-19 testing for basically meeting the regulations on pandemic prevention and control, especially ensuring required distance amongst the tested.

For medical staff doing the sampling for testing, the city’s top leader affirmed a need to wear full protective gears to avoid contracting the deadly virus.

The city’s Party chief, in particular, asked the local authorities to timely support those living in financially difficult circumstances.

Inspecting a checkpoint set at the Hoa Cam Industrial Park’ s entrance, Secretary Quang suggested that the district-level administration should arrange personnel to control vehicles entering and leaving this site.

The drivers of vehicles must possess certificates of negative COVID-19 RT-PCR tests are permitted to enter the industrial park .

At the Ha Giang Phuoc Tuong Mechanical Engineering Joint Stock Company based in the Hoa Cam Industrial Park, Secretary Quang highly appreciated the company for strictly obey the compulsory  COVID-19 prevention and control rules.

For the time being, only 35 out of the total 135 workers work at the company according to the so-called ‘3- on- the- spot” (on-site production, on-site dining, on-site rest) approach, ensuring no more than 30% of the staff at work.
