Over the past month, the Da Nang Association of the Viet Nam Fatherland Front (VFF)has mobilized 9,786 landlords to offer a total of VND27 billion worth of rental discounts to both commercial and residential tenants staying in 28,282 rooms and apartments in order to share their financial difficulties brought about by the current coronavirus incident.

Via appeals made by the Lien Chieu District chapter of VFF, for instance, 4,371 housing and apartment owners across the district have cut down rental fees charged on over 15.741 rooms, totaling more than VND6.4 billion.

Over recent times, another heed has been paid to allocating goods and necessities funded by the business community and the State budget to all locals nationwide as soon as possible, especially those currently living in rental accommodations.
