President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on November 28 cabled their messages of congratulations to their Albanian counterparts Ilir Meta and Edi Rama on the occasion of Albania’s 109th Independence Day (Nov. 28, 1912-2021).

The same day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son also sent a congratulatory message to his Albanian counterpart Olta Xhacka.
