Da Nang delegation visits Vietnamese Embassy in Switzerland
The Da Nang delegation, led by municipal People's Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh, recently visited and worked with the Embassy of Viet Nam in Switzerland.

During his reception for Da Nang visitors, Trade Counselor Nguyen Duc Thuong highly lauded the visit made by the delegation, conveying the greetings of Vietnamese Ambassador to Switzerland Phung The Long to the delegation.
He also briefed the guests on the fruitful results from the multifaceted cooperation programmes between Viet Nam and Switzerland, plus the performance of the Embassy in recent years.
For his part, Da Nang People's Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh sent best wishes and thanked Ambassador Phung The Long, Trade Counselor Nguyen Duc Thuong and all staff of the Embassy of Viet Nam in Switzerland for introducing the city’s potential, strengths and investment opportunities to Swiss business in the past time as well as supporting the delegation during their stay in Switzerland.
Mr. Minh informed about the city's socio-economic development achievements over recent years, and the development orientations of its key fields and projects in the coming time, including the international financial centre project.

He, therefore, asked for support from the Embassy to continue appealing for organisations, businesses and investors from Switzerland to invest in Da Nang in such fields as international finance, banking, Fintech, high-tech industry, precision engineering, pharmaceuticals, information technology, innovation and tourism.
On behalf of the Embassy of Viet Nam in Switzerland, Trade Counselor Nguyen Duc Thuong thanked the delegation for visiting the Embassy and was delighted at the city’s rapid economic growth in recent years.
He pledged that, in the coming time, the Embassy will continue to give active support to the city, as well as call on more organisations, businesses and investors in Switzerland to invest in Da Nang in the spheres of international finance, banking, and Fintech, hereby contributing to the early construction of an international financial centre in the city.
In addition, the Embassy will do its utmost to deepen the bilateral cooperation relationship between Da Nang and the Canton of Geneva.
