Within the framework of the ongoing working trip to Uiwang City, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, on May 4, a group of leaders of Da Nang’s Hai Chau District visited some administrative units in the Korean city.

During the visits to the Indukwon Information Technology Centre and the Nonghyup Integrated Information Technology Centre, the delegation was introduced to the process of establishment and development of the centres, and their great contributions to Uiwang City.

When visiting the Kaywon University of Art and Design, the delegation listened to the introduction of the school's founding history and development process.

In addition, the delegation witnessed the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding on training and research between the Da Nang-based Dong A University and the Kaywon University of Art and Design.

In his remarks at the signing ceremony, Chairman of Hai Chau District People's Committee Le Tu Gia Thanh congratulated the two universities on their cooperation. He hoped that more educational cooperation activities will be organised in the future, thereby contributing to tightening the relationships between Hai Chau District and Uiwang City.

Also on the same day, the delegation visited and worked with the Poil Oulim Community Centre and the Cheonggyedong Community Service Centre.
