Da Nang, Mitsuke further boost bilateral cooperation in tourism
Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Ho Ky Minh held a reception on Tuesday for Mr Inada Ryo, Mayor of Mitsuke City, Niigata Prefecture, Japan.

Vice Chairman Minh informed his Japanese guest about the city’s socio-economic situation, as well as introduced key areas that Da Nang focuses on developing and calling for investment such as tourism, logistics, seaports, and high-tech industry.
Currently, Da Nang attracts many Japanese-invested projects, especially Mikazuki Hotel belonging to Da Nang Mikazuki Luxury Resort and Entertainment which is operating very effectively in the city, attracting many domestic and foreign tourists to experience.
The host took the opportunity to ask for a helping hand from Mayor Inada Ryo to promote the image of Da Nang to citizens of Mitsuke City, as well as call on potential investors from his locality to visit Da Nang to learn about its investment environment.
For his part, Mayor Inada Ryo briefed the Da Nang leader on the development situation of Mitsuke City, saying that Mitsuke is one of the cities focusing on development in the field of tourism. In particular, the Mitsuke English Garden welcomes more than 2 million visitors every year.
Mayor Inada Ryo expressed his desire to boost cooperation with Da Nang in the field of tourism and human resource training. Mayor Inada Ryo pledged to do his utmost to promote the development of friendship and cooperation between Mitsuke and Da Nang in particular, and Japan and Viet Nam in general, in coming time.
