Vice Chairwoman Anh Thi said that Da Nang always highly appreciated the cooperative relationships with Chinese localities, including Liaoning Province. However, the bilateral cooperation between the two localities was not commensurate with their inherent potential and advantages.

It is known that Liaoning Province has 6 airports and railway density ranks on the top in China. In addition, the Dalian Port is one of the largest seaports in China, with strong development potential in logistics services.

Da Nang also identifies logistics as an important service industry in the city's overall economic structure.

Mrs. Anh Thi proposed that the two sides continue to increase information exchange and share experience in council work; as well as strengthen cooperative activities such as exchanging delegations of officials, opening direct flights, and developing seaport tourism, logistics and other fields.

The Chinese visitor remarked that Liaoning Province always valued the cooperative relationship with Da Nang. The Chinese province and Da Nang shared many similarities in exchanging delegations of high-ranking officials, and cooperating in such aspects of seaports, tourism, culture and education, he added.

He wanted to promote comprehensive relationship between the People's Councils of Liaoning Province and Da Nang in the coming time.
