It has been planned in association with a free trade zone, with the orientation of developing it into a green, smart and safe port.

Busan Port is responsible for loading and unloading 80% of South Korea's container goods. Every week, 270 container ships arrive at and leave the port, with 50 major shipping lines establishing international maritime routes to Busan Port.

He hoped that the bilateral cooperation relations with Gyeongsangbuk Province will be further tightened in the years ahead.
