Following recent approval from the Da Nang authorities, 12 office buildings and houses which they own will be sold at a public auction. 

In detail, the houses are located at 86 Tran Phu, 30 Hoang Dieu, 32 Hoang Dieu, 522 Nguyen Luong Bang, alley 408/18 Hoang Dieu, and alley 195/1 Nguyen Chi Thanh streets.

The government office buildings are the city’s Department of Justice located at 16 Bach Dang Street, the Institute for Socio-Economic Development at 118 Le Loi Street, the Department of Industry and Trade at 6 Tran Quy Cap Street, the Department of Health at 103 Hung Vuong Street, the Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs at 342 Phan Chau Trinh Street, and the Office of Inspections at 93 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street.

These offices and houses will be sold at standard residential land prices, and they already have residential land ownership certificates for the stability and long-term use of their buyers.

The office buildings will be handed over to buyers not later than the end of June 2014.  The houses, which are currently unoccupied, will be handed over immediately after full payment has been received from their buyers.
