Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung recently presented Certificates of Merit to 53 communes across the country in recognition of their outstanding roadbuilding achievements in rural and mountainous areas over the 2008 - 2013 period.

Amongst the honorees, Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Phu Commune was the only locality in Da Nang to receive this notable award.

In addition, Hoa Phuoc and Hoa Chau communes in Hoa Vang District were given Certificates of Merit from the Vietnamese Ministry of Transport.
