HR trainees satisfied with their current jobs
The majority of the trainees who have taken part in Da Nang’s High-quality Human Resources Development Project feel happy about their current assigned jobs. In addition, the agencies who have employed them are satisfied with the trainees’ effective working capacity and results, as well as their work attitudes.
The project launched its university training programme in 2004 and a higher level one in 2006 and, to date, a total of 523 trainees have been involved. At present, 177 bachelor degree graduates and 79 postgraduates are working at the city-based agencies and departments.
In December 2012, the city’s Centre for High-quality Human Resources Development conducted a survey to assess the compatability of the local specialised training courses with the current jobs of the project’s trainees. As a result, 9 out of a total of 35 voters declared their jobs “very suitable”, 25 chose “suitable”, and 1 vote was for “not suitable”.
As for the trainees’ work capacity, the proportion of the students who fulfilled their tasks “very well” was 14.29%, “good” was 82.86%, and “normally” was 2.86%.
With regard to satisfaction about the work results and work attitudes of the trainees, 17.14% of the local departments and agencies employing them are “extremely satisfied”, 82.86% are “satisfied”, and none are “dissatisfied”.
