Following recent approval from the Da Nang authorities, the repair of the damaged surface of the Thuan Phuoc Suspension Bridge will continue until 8 August instead of 30 July.

Previously, the work was expected to be carried out between 20 and 30 July.  The BK Engineering and Construction Company, the project’s constructor, is bearing all the repair costs in accordance with its contracted commitment to do the maintenance work.  However, recent rains caused by periods of tropical low pressure have put the repair work behind schedule.
