Following a decision by the Da Nang People's Committee Chairman, Mr Van Huu Chien, the city will send 1.6 billion VND for emergency relief in the 3 northern central region provinces which were hardest-hit by the recent storm.  The aim is to help victims to overcome the consequences of the storm, and to re-establish normality in their lives as soon as possible.

Quang Binh Province will be given 1 billion VND, and 300 million VND each will go to both Quang Tri and Ha Tinh provinces.
