The Da Nang People's Council (PC) has proposed that a local street should be named after the late General Vo Nguyen Giap who died earlier this month.  The specific street will be selected to reflect the General’s significant contributions to the country.  The proposal will be adopted at the forthcoming 8^th session of the municipal PC which will take place in mid-December.
