The People’s Committee have made two suggestions to the People’s Council for naming a Da Nang street after the late General Vo Nguyen Giap.  The People’s Council will make the decision at their meeting next month.

The first suggestion is the over 8.5km-long section of Highway 1A in Cam Le District which links the Hoa Cam overpass with the administrative boundary of Quang Nam Province.

The second is the over 5.3km-long section between the T-junction of Hoang Sa and Nguyen Huy Chuong streets, and the junction of Truong Sa and Ho Xuan Huong streets in Ngu Hanh Son District.
