The Da Nang Fatherland Front Committee has launched its programme “Joining hands to help local poor people celebrate the 2014 Lunar New Year”.

The aim is to provide 16,000 gifts, worth at least 400,000 VND each, to present to local poor and very poor families.  Top priority will be given to Agent Orange victims, people living with illness or disability, and those in need.

Donations of cash or materials will be accepted at the Fatherland Front organisations and members across the city until 27 January.
