In 2014, the Association aims to raise 4.5 billion VND to fund surgeries for 70 local children with congenital heart complaints, and another 500 million VND to provide cancer screening programmes for 600 local poor women.
A focus will be on covering 3 billion VND of hospital fee exemptions and reductions for poor patients, as well as presenting 500 Tet gifts to them.
Every district of the city will give top priority to raising over 100 million VND from generous domestic and foreign donors. The city’s Village of Hope will continue its efforts to bring up 120 orphaned children here.
