On Tuesday morning, the Da Nang Party Committee Secretary, Mr Tran Tho, paid a pre-Tet visit to Hoa Vang District’s Hoa Bac Commune. 

During his visits to leaders of the communal authorities and Cotu ethnic minority people in Ta Lang and Gian Bi villages, Secretary Tho wished them good health, happiness, and prosperity in the New Year.

The city leader expressed his delight that no Cotu families are suffering from hunger, and that all Cotu people have health insurance cards.
