In these days leading up to the Tet Festival, Da Nang's Labour Union is actively involved in presenting gifts, worth 500,000 VND each, to 2,145 local poor employees, workers and fishermen.

In addition, boat insurances funded by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam have been provided for 30 poor fishing boat owners.
