On 10 and 11 January, representatives of the Zone 3 Naval High Command visited Quang Tri Province’s Con Co Island and Quang Ngai Province’s Ly Son Island.  They extended best wishes to local residents, and military officers and men on the 2 islands, as well as presented gifts to them for the upcoming Tet Festival. 

The delegation also visited radar stations 540 and 550 on the Con Co and Ly Son islands, and gave Tet gifts to the stations’ officers and men.  The visiting guests then burned incense at the Con Co martyrs’ monument to express their deep gratitude to the fallen war combatants from the anti-American war.
