Following a recent decision by the Da Nang authorities about appointing, rotating and transferring the city’s key officials over the 2010-2015 period, the former Chief of the municipal Party Committee Secretariat, Mr Pham Quy, will be appointed Head of the municipal Party Committee’s Mass Mobilisation Department from 1 March. 

In addition, the former Secretary of the Ngu Hanh Son District Party Committee, Mr Nguyen Nho Trung, has been appointed Chief of the municipal Party Committee Secretariat.  The former Deputy Chief of the Da Nang People’s Committee Secretariat, Mr Dao Tan Bang, has been appointed Secretary of the Ngu Hanh Son District Party Committee.  Furthermore, the former Deputy Head of the municipal Party Committee’s Mass Mobilisation Department, Mr Vo Ngoc Dong, has been appointed Deputy Chief of the Da Nang Party Committee Secretariat.

In a further move, the municipal People’s Committee Vice Chairman, Mr Nguyen Xuan Anh, has been recommended for the position of Deputy Secretary of the municipal Party Committee.  The recommendation has been sent to the Politburo and the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat for approval.
