A meeting took place on Tuesday morning to gauge opinions on a draft report for the upcoming 10^th Congress of the Da Nang Fatherland Front Committee in the 2014 - 2019 tenure.  The Congress will be held at the Trung Vuong Theatre on 26 and 27 June.  All the participants at the meeting agreed to elect a representative from Hoang Sa Island District’s authorities to the municipal Fatherland Front Committee’s executive board.

The participants also adopted a report on the standards, quantity and structure of the official delegatations due to attend the Congress.

Of the 300 delegates selected, over 66 are women, over 90 are non-Party members, 6 are people from ethnic minorities, another 6 are overseas Vietnamese, more than 30 are religious dignitaries, and about 32 are people who are involved in fatherland front activities.
