The Hai Chau District Businesses’ Association is now appealing for donations from its members for the Golden Heart Fund entitled “Love for the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelagos”.  The donations will be used to support dauntless local fishermen who are conducting fishing activities in Viet Nam’s territorial waters along with those who are on duty to safeguard the nation’s sovereignty in the current context of China’s illegitimate actions.
