Following a recent decision by the Da Nang authorities, 23 local government agencies will be moved into the new Administration Centre once it is officially operational in June.  Eighteen of the agencies will transfer their land use rights and other assets attached to their land to buyers through public auctions.  The majority of these government agencies are located at very important positions in the inner-city, which many investors are showing a keen interest in.

On Wednesday, the Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee, Mr Van Huu Chien, and other city leaders rechecked the city’s plans for pricing and transferring land and house use rights to buyers.  Revenue from the auction will be used to cover the cost of the new administration centre.
