On Wednesday, Danang Today reported on 68-year-old Dennis Marshall Gray from the USA who has been charged with "disturbing public order" and “intentionally causing injury”. 

According to the Thanh Khe District police, Mr Gray has been involved in public order disturbances many times before.  The head of the security guard team at the Hoang Anh Gia Lai apartment building, Mr Nguyen Cao Thanh, reported that Mr Gray has lived alone here since October 2013.  He added that during his stay there, Mr Gray has often displayed disrespectful behaviour and violated the building’s rules.  In addition, he has also had a negative influence on public order at the building, including coming home very late and very drunk, not paying taxi fares in full, and creating noise and disorder in front of the building at night.

The Deputy Head of the Thanh Khe District Police Station, Senior Lt Col Ho Thanh Hung, said that the district’s police officers had asked Mr Gray to go to the police station for investigation but he had refused.  He affirmed that his unit would work closely with local relevant agencies to deal with this violation in strict accordance with the city’s regulations.
